A rendering has been revealed of the five-story, 25-unit mixed-use building under development at 115 Grand Street, located in southern Hoboken, New Jersey. The project, which was approved by the city’s Planning Board last September, will feature 25 condominiums ranging from 1,600-square-foot three-bedrooms to 2,200-square-foot four-bedrooms, Jersey Digs reported. There will also be 3,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities include a 28-car parking garage and a 2,000-square-foot rear yard.
A local LLC is the developer and Minervini Vandermark Architecture is the architect. Demolition is now underway on the site’s two-story commercial building.
