A ground-breaking ceremony has been held for the four-story, 128-unit residential building under development at 550 Central Avenue, located on the corner of South Jefferson Street in Orange, N.J. The Alpert Group and Ironstate Development Company are the developers.
The project, called Harvard Printing, will consist of 128 rental apartments, 55 percent of which will be designated as affordable and rent at below-market rates. The apartments will range from one- to three-bedrooms, Jersey Digs reported. An adjacent industrial building will be converted into a 160-car parking garage.
