Long Island City-based Ismael Realty Corporation has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building at 25-40 36th Street, located in the heart of Astoria. The project will measure 10,274 square feet and and its residential units should average 771 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Amenities will include three off-street parking spaces and a rooftop terrace. Brooklyn-based KMP Design & Engineering is the architect of record. The 34-foot-wide, 3,870-square-foot plot is occupied by a a two-story townhouse. Demolition permits were filed in January.
