Flushing-based FSA Capital has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit mixed-use building at 2-22 51st Avenue, in the Hunters Point section of Long Island City. The project will measure 13,549 square feet and rise 50 feet to its roof. There will be retail space on the ground floor, followed by 10 residential units across the second through fifth floors. The apartments should average 893 square feet apiece, although it’s not known if they will be rentals or condominiums. Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng’s Architects Studio is the architect of record. The 3,645-square-foot plot is occupied by single-story warehouse. Demolition permits haven’t been filed.
