Construction has topped out on the eight-story, six-unit mixed-use building under development at 150 Wooster Street, located in SoHo. Progress on the structure can be seen in a Curbed NY report. The latest building permits indicate the project encompasses 44,151 square feet and rises 98 feet in height to its main roof.
There will be 6,092 square feet of commercial-retail space across the ground and cellar levels. The residential units, which will be condominiums, will be spread cross the second through eighth floors. The condos should average a spacious 4,938 square feet apiece. KUB is the developer and designed the building in-house. HTO Architect is serving as the architect of record. Completion is expected later this year.
