Savanna Fund and Hong Kong-based Atom Assets have filed applications for a 26-story, 87,573-square-foot office building at 106 West 56th Street, in Midtown. The new boutique office building will rise 402 feet and contain office space across the ground through 25th floors. There will be outdoor terraces on the second, seventh, 10th, 13th, 16th 19th and 26th floors. Perkins Eastman is the design and executive architect, The Real Deal reported. Demolition permits were filed in January to raze the 5,021-square-foot site’s nine-story structure. Completion is expected in 2019.
