Last week, news broke that Izaki Group Investments acquired the three mixed-use buildings at 310-314 East 86th Street, on the Upper East Side. Plans for the site were not disclosed at the time. It has since surfaced that a 20-story condominium residential building is in the works, according to the Wall Street Journal. At two units per floor, the new building should contain roughly 40 apartments. The site can accommodate a development that rises up to 210 feet and measures up to 71,240 square feet. Three townhouse-style buildings must first be demolished.
