Toll Brothers City Living has filed applications for a 15-story, 82-unit mixed-use complex at 77 Charlton Street, located in Hudson Square. The project will consist of two structures, each located on separate street-fronts. It should encompass 206,551 square feet and rise 183 feet.
There will be 2,812 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, followed by 82 residential units across the second through 15th floors. The apartments should average 2,201 square feet apiece, which means condominiums are surely in the works.
S9 Architecture & Engineering is the architect of record. The 20,303-square-foot site is occupied by a two-story commercial building. Demolition permits were filed earlier this month, Real Estate Weekly reported.
