Circle F Capital has filed applications for an 11-story, 71-unit mixed-use building at 22-43 Jackson Avenue, located on the corner of 46th Avenue in the Court Square section of Long Island City. The project would encompass 122,253 square feet and rise 125 feet to its roof.
Residential units, which should average 902 square feet apiece, will be located across the second through eleventh floors. Condominiums were reported to be in the works roughly a year ago when the developer entered into contract for the site. There will also be 11,725 square feet of retail space across the ground and cellar levels.
SRA Architecture + Engineering is the architect of record, The Real Deal reported. The 16,970-square-foot site is occupied by a single-story commercial building. Demolition permits were filed in December.
